Senior Nurse, Hospice at Home — Lead Care & Mentorship

Trinity Hospice is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse for Hospice at Home on a fixed-term contract for 18 months. The role is 30 hours per week, nights, delivering compassionate palliative care in patients’ homes and working with the multidisciplinary team.

You will mentor staff, manage symptoms, and contribute to service development while maintaining strong clinical standards and a person-centred approach.
