Family Help Lead Practitioner — Empowering Families to Thrive

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Family Help Lead Practitioner in the North of the City. You will work with families to understand needs and help them achieve positive, sustainable change using restorative and trauma-informed approaches.

You will lead or contribute to Team Around the Family meetings, support safeguarding processes and keep accurate case records, responding to routine and crisis situations to keep children safe.
