Senior Social Worker – Children in Care (Flexible Hours)

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is recruiting an Advanced Practitioner to join the Children in Care Team in Dudley on an ongoing basis. The role offers flexible working with part‑time or full‑time hours and focuses on care planning, permanency, and practice leadership to deliver high‑quality outcomes for children in care.

You will lead on care plans, undertake direct work with children and young people, mentor social workers, and collaborate with multi‑agency partners to improve practice.
