Serco invites applications for a Dual Badge Officer (DBO) in Prisoner Escort and Custody Services. You’ll join a crew delivering safe court transport for adults and youths, escort detainees, maintain welfare in custody, and support their return or release.
We offer 40‑hour weeks with base salary £31,108 rising to £32,204 from 1 September 2026, plus a £600 driving allowance and £900 training allowance. With overtime and rotas, first‑year earnings can reach around £38,704.
