Lead, WorkWell Programme – Health & Employment

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a Work and Health Programme Lead to deliver and manage the WorkWell Programme, with responsibility for day-to-day operations and partnerships across health, employment and community services.

The role is fixed-term until March 2029, 37 hours per week, salary £44,075 – £47,181, and a range of council benefits.

You will lead a team of health coaches, ensure funding compliance and drive programme performance.
