Defence Facilities & Electrical Services Manager

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a Technical Services Manager with an Electrical bias to lead a team on a high-security DSTL site in Salisbury. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensure compliance and safety, and manage billable works up to 25k while mentoring apprentices and developing successors.

The role requires an Electrical Engineer with contractor-management experience and strong communication. SMSTS/SC clearance is beneficial, and MOD exposure is a plus.
