Job Description:
Arthur Rank Hospice Charity in Cambridge is hiring a Shop Manager for our Mill Road shop. This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week on-site role. You will run the shop, drive turnover and profitability, manage staff and volunteers, and safeguard premises, stock and security while promoting the charity’s image and community involvement.
Starting salary is £25,760 with potential progression to £27,476. Interviews will be held on 25 August.
