Chief Research, Policy & Legal Officer

Uplift is seeking a senior leader to drive evidence-based, equity-driven research, policy and legal work that accelerates a just transition away from oil and gas in the UK. You will lead the Research, Policy and Legal team, shaping strategy, high-level external relationships and the organisation’s impact.

You will translate mission into policy proposals, oversee quality across outputs, and manage budgets while guiding a values-led culture within a remote-first organisation.
