Tesco UK is hiring a Shift Lead to help run store operations and deliver great customer service across the trading floor. You will lead team members, coach colleagues, and act as the go-to person in the store when the Manager is absent, ensuring daily shifts run smoothly and customers’ needs are met in a fast-paced environment.
