Discharge-to-Assess Social Worker (Adults) – Nottingham

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Social Worker for the Adults Discharge to Assess Team in Nottingham (UK). The role involves 37 hours per week with a 9:00–17:00 day, starting 10/08/2026 and ending 23/10/2026, at a rate of £30 per hour.
