Homecare Training Lead: Shape Quality of Care

Bluebird Care Wiltshire South is seeking a dedicated Trainer to design and deliver a forward-thinking training programme for our homecare team in Salisbury. You will work with management to equip staff with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide outstanding care to our customers.

You’ll lead induction and ongoing training across care assistants, supervisors, and coordinators, using a mix of methods—from eLearning to hands-on practice—to keep learning engaging and effective.
