Vibrant Activities Coordinator — Elevating Wellbeing

Barchester Healthcare is looking for an Activities Coordinator to help create a stimulating environment in our care home. You will design imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that match each resident’s interests and abilities, helping to deliver exceptional all-round care.

You will get to know residents and their families, develop tailored programmes to maximise wellbeing, independence and social engagement, and support staff in running activities across the home and local community.
