Your role in the kitchen:

You’ll lead the breakfast service, delivering a high-quality experience for guests before preparing the kitchen for the lunch and dinner teams.

• Cooking and serving breakfast to a high standard
• Preparing fresh ingredients for later services
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards
• Supporting the wider kitchen team
• Keeping service organised, clean and efficient
