Job Description:
West London NHS Trust is seeking a Health Technician to join the Community Independence Service in Hammersmith & Fulham to deliver rapid response care in patients’ homes. The role focuses on supporting the integrated multidisciplinary team with holistic, patient-centred care.
You will be responsible for delivering delegated clinical care, wound care, venepuncture and ECGs, with strong emphasis on independence and compassionate support for older and frail patients in the community.
