- ConductdeepanalysisofUK/Irelandmarketdemandstoidentifyproductdifferentiationpoints(e.g.,technicaladvantages/scenario-basedsolutions)
- Developcompetitivebenchmarkingmodelsandproducesalestoolkits(productUSPs/KSPs,competitivecomparisonguides,usercaselibraries)
Cross-DepartmentCollaboration&ResourceIntegration
- LeadGTMprocessesbyaligningresourcesacrossR&D,supplychain,marketing,andsalesdepartments(e.g.,marketingstrategies,campaignscheduling)
- Designproducttrainingsystemscoveringtechnicalparameterexplanations,scenario-basedsalesguides,andpotentialafter-salesissueavoidance
- CoordinatewithHQforproductlocalization(e.g.,firmwareversioniterations,packagingcomplianceverification)
ProductLifecycleManagement
