FM Helpdesk Supervisor – Hospital Facilities

Equans is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join the FM Helpdesk at Southmead Hospital in Bristol. This full-time permanent position supports an 800-bed acute hospital, supervising the helpdesk team and ensuring SLA-compliant service delivery.

You will work 40 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day between 07:00 and 19:00, with one weekend in every three. A competitive salary and benefits package are on offer.
