Throughcare Social Worker – Children & Care Leavers

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Throughcare Social Worker to join the Children’s Throughcare Team in Worcestershire. The role involves managing a caseload of children in care and care leavers, conducting assessments, and coordinating pathway plans to support independence.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England, with strong safeguarding knowledge and a proven track record in Throughcare/Leaving Care settings.
