Job Description:
NHS Fife is recruiting experienced Registered Social Workers to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in Dunfermline Locality. The role delivers therapeutic programmes in the home or outpatient settings, working with OT, physiotherapy and nursing colleagues to prevent hospital admission and aid early discharge.
You will provide daily care in the community across a 365-day service from 0800–2200, travel throughout the area, and work flexibly as part of a multidisciplinary team.
