Autism Hub Support Worker – 24/7 Care & Independence

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Band 3 Support Worker to join the Autism Hub Team at Le Vieux Jardin in Guernsey. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) supports adults with autism and/or profound and multiple learning disabilities in a 24-hour environment, delivering person-centred care using the Active Support Model.

You will implement care plans, assist with daily activities, medication management, cooking and community access, and may drive service vehicles when needed.
