Sopra Steria Ltd in Birmingham is recruiting for a Strategic Control Room Operator to join the busy Information Centre, central to managing incidents on the National Highways SRN. This 24/7 role involves shift patterns of 6 days on, 4 days off, based in the Quinton Business Park office.

You will receive incident data, create NTIS events, set VMS, monitor traffic, and keep stakeholders informed, all while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
