Homelessness Social Worker — Trauma‑Informed, Flexible Hours

Richmond & Wandsworth are seeking a Social Worker to support adults experiencing homelessness, using trauma-informed and person-centred approaches to enhance wellbeing under the Care Act 2014. You will complete structured and statutory assessments and collaborate with partner agencies to map an appropriate housing pathway.

This 12-month fixed-term or secondment opportunity involves working across the boroughs, with flexible working built in and travel between sites as required.
