Autism Support PA – 1:1 Care & Learning (Flexible 10h/wk)

Surrey Independent Living Charity (SILC) is seeking a caring Personal Assistant to support our 12-year-old daughter, who is autistic and attends a specialist school in Leatherhead. The role combines home-based and community support, focusing on safety, routine, and engaging activities.

You will help with daily personal care, encourage learning through visuals, and accompany her on local trips to build confidence while maintaining a calm, supportive environment.
