What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists, guiding them in the successful delivery of casework and services.
- Engage in the management of direct reports, covering aspects of appraisals, managing sickness absences, and other personnel management tasks.
- Take initiative to contribute toward the development and enhancement of service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with HCPC standards and demonstrate expertise in occupational therapy practices.
- Drive and facilitate innovation in therapy approaches to maintain and improve service quality.
