Care Co-ordinator – Wight Home Care

We are a well-established domiciliary care provider seeking a dedicated and organised Care Organiser to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting both clients and care staff in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and organising care schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
• Assisting with client assessments
• Participating in the on-call rota and responding to emergency care needs
• Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ensuring compliance with care standards and company policies

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties

Desirable:

• Experience using the PASS system
• Previous experience in a supervisory or care coordination role within domiciliary care
