Autism Support Worker & Independence Coach

Surrey Independent Living Charity (SILC) is looking for a calm Autism Support Worker / Personal Assistant to assist a 20-year-old autistic man in Egham. The role focuses on building independence and daily-living skills with 1-to-1 support on Tuesdays and one Saturday per month, using PBS and Zones of Regulation.

You will follow structured routines, use task analysis to teach meal prep and self-care, and record brief notes while liaising with the family and external professionals.
