Patient Concierge & Self-Pay Liaison

Circle Health Group’s Bath Clinic is hiring a Patient Liaison Officer for a 30-hour-per-week, permanent role. You will handle self-pay enquiries, provide pre-consultation information, and help convert potential patients to procedures.

The role requires excellent English, strong customer service, and proficient use of Outlook, Excel and Word. You will work in the Marketing team and cover a flexible shift pattern.
