Shift Leader – Flexible Hours, Customer Focus, Team Coach

Tesco Shift Lead position available across our UK stores. You will lead the team to deliver excellent in-store service, support daily operations, and be the go-to person for colleagues. You’ll help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers.

Salary starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores. Minimum 16 hours per week; some locations offer 12-hour contracts. You’ll schedule shifts within your availability and foster a positive, dynamic retail team.
