Pastry Sous Chef — Lead Seasonal Desserts

ETAB-Recruits is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join the culinary team at one of Hertfordshire’s leading hospitality destinations. You will work with the Head Chef to create exceptional desserts, pastries and bakery items across premium visitor dining, hospitality, retail concepts and large events.

You’ll lead the pastry kitchen, develop seasonal desserts, maintain top standards of food safety, quality and presentation, and coach the pastry team.
