On-Call Firefighter: Respond Fast, Protect the Community

West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a Retained (On-Call) Firefighter to support community safety from Chichester Fire Station. You will be paid a yearly retainer with additional payments for attending incidents, training and related activities, based on your availability bands.

This role involves engaging with the community, learning local risks and overseeing equipment readiness, with regular training and drill nights as part of the team.
