Reed is partnering with a charity to train the next generation of hospitality talent in a live open kitchen within an events company. As a Pastry Chef, you will lead a team of students and deliver hands-on coaching in a busy environment to maintain excellent standards.
You will train, develop and assess learners, handle food ordering, stock control and health and safety, ensuring real restaurant experience for paying customers while providing strong mentorship.
