The role of Senior Chef de Partie:
- Take a hands-on approach to food preparation, ensuring that dishes are executed to perfection andin accordance withestablished standards.
- Take responsibility formaintainingimpeccable standards of food presentation, taste, and safety within your station.
- Cook seasonalclassic European cuisine, using qualityfreshingredients.
As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll bring:
- Experience in a busy and organised kitchen, with the ability to support multiple sections and guide a team of junior chefs.
