Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for Miller & Carter Bath to lead a kitchen section, mentor staff and step in for the Head Chef when needed. The role focuses on delivering great food, maintaining standards and driving team performance in a busy restaurant environment.
