Hospital Bank Cook: 1800+ Daily Patient Meals

NHS Scotland is seeking three Bank Cooks based at University Hospital Crosshouse to support the Catering Department in serving in excess of 1800 meals daily, including therapeutic diets for patients and hospitality for staff and meetings.

The role requires flexibility to cover shifts between 0630 and 1830, Monday to Sunday, with appropriate training and strict adherence to HACCP and food hygiene standards. Prior large-scale catering experience is preferred.
