Job Description:
At Sloane in Chelsea is seeking a Pastry Chef (Sr CDP) to lead pastry production across breakfast, lunch, in-room dining and dinner services. You will design and execute desserts with high-end presentation, oversee daily prep, plating, and quality, and collaborate with Head Chef to integrate pastry items into menus.
The role requires minimum 3 years in a luxury hotel pastry kitchen and fluency in English; French terms are a plus.
