Skincare Counter Lead & Team Coach

Liz Earle Beauty Co. Limited is seeking a Counter Manager to lead a in-store counter, coach a team and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for the counter, develop and motivate staff, and drive sales through tailored consultations and promotional activity. The role includes completing the award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme and reporting to the Regional Business Manager.
