We’re looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of fantastic schools, including mainstream primary and secondary schools, specialist SEN provisions, and SEMH settings. Every day is different, but one thing stays the same, you’ll be making a genuine difference to children’s lives.

Whether you’ve worked as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Youth Worker, Behaviour Mentor, Tutor, Sports Coach, or in another role supporting children and young people, your experience could be exactly what schools are looking for.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups.
  • Helping children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional and mental health needs.
  • Building positive relationships that help pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement throughout the school day.
  • Working closely with teachers and school staff to create positive learning experiences.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have experience working with children or young people in any educational or care setting.
  • Are patient, resilient, and positive.
  • Can build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Are flexible and happy to work across different school settings.
