As a Restaurant Server you will bring energy, personality and great work ethic to our hotel restaurants. This is a sociable role where guests and colleagues will appreciate when you deliver great service with a smile! Greeting and serving guests, you’ll soon build a rapport and love catching up with them each day. As each service ends, great teamwork, pride in your surroundings and attention to detail will ensure our restaurants are cleaned, re-set and ready to go again.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained
- Serve breakfast and dinner to our Hotels Guests and functions when required
- Ensure you work and operate with health and safety guidelines
- Keep all areas within the workers remit clean, tidy and organised

Hours and rate of pay:
This is full time or casual position which will be comprised of split shifts, and will require weekend availability.
- Breakfast service: 7.30am – 11.00am/11.30am (dependent on Hotel)
- Dinner service: 5.30pm – 9.00pm
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour – Aged 21+ £10.85 per hour for aged 18-20.
