Chef de Partie — Lead a Fast-Paced Kitchen & Mentor Chefs

Café Rouge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its fast-paced kitchen. You will organise, coordinate and deliver service for one or more sections, while upholding our standards and style. You will work closely with the brigade to produce dishes to specification and support the team to excel in a busy environment.

You will lead by example, mentor junior members, and demonstrate excellent knife skills to maintain premium quality and efficiency on the line.
