Village Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie to drive a section on a busy shift, delivering plates to exacting standards. You will be hands-on, oversee the flow of work, and support the wider brigade to maintain quality, temperature and presentation.
You will lead with a focus on food safety, cost control, and staff development, coaching juniors and ensuring HACCP/EHO compliance while protecting gross profit and upholding our brand.
