Customer Service Specialist – Fixed-Term SE1 Office

Spectrum Storage Group is looking for a customer operations team member to be the friendly first point of contact for customers across phone, email, and live chat. The role involves solving problems, processing bookings, and keeping customer accounts up to date.

This fixed-term contract requires working Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, with one possible Saturday per contract, based in our SE1 office. Starts August, with three contracts available (two 6-week, one 5-week).
