Neurodiversity Employment Specialist – Hybrid FTC

Red 5 People is seeking a compassionate careers advisor to support neurodiverse participants in a hybrid role (3–4 days home, 1 day in St Neots). You will help people maintain or find work, liaise with employers, and guide CVs and interview prep across around 40 clients.

Typical engagements run 3–6 months, with four one-to-one sessions daily. The role is a maternity cover until February 2027, with potential to extend or become permanent depending on performance.
