Clinical Services Lead Pharmacy Technician

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to lead, manage and develop the clinical pharmacy services within base hospital settings. You will work alongside senior pharmacists to ensure safe, person-centred pharmaceutical care in line with GPhC guidelines.

You will be involved in medicines reconciliation, patient education on medicines use, and liaise with community pharmacies to optimise patient care on admission and discharge.
