Aspire People are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding special school in Cardiff, working with pupils aged 4-11 with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
This is a long-term opportunity starting in September, ideal for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN.
The Role:Support pupils 1:1 and in small groupsAssist with tailored learning activitiesPromote engagement, independence, and positive behaviourWork closely with teachers and support staffPersonal care
Requirements:Minimum 6 months’ experience in a regulated childcare/education setting ORRelevant childcare/education qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent)Calm, patient, and committed approachSEN experience desirable but not essential
