Shop Supervisor — Lead a Caring Charity Retail Team

Sue Ryder in Saltash is seeking a Shop Supervisor to help run our charity shop and support the Shop Manager with a large volunteer team. You’ll engage with customers and donors, drive sales, and ensure strong merchandising and stock control in a busy weekend-driven retail environment.

You will lead a team of volunteers, apply basic IT and cash handling, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering excellent service and achieving targets for Sue Ryder’s vital care and support programs.
