Douglas Macmillan Hospice is seeking a Shop Supervisor to support the Community Shop Manager in the Westlands charity shop. You will focus on maximising sales, maintaining excellent customer service, and leading volunteers in a welcoming environment for customers, donors and volunteers.

The role requires a hands-on approach, strong organisational skills and a commitment to working in a community-focused retail setting to generate vital income for the hospice.
