SEN Complex Case Officer: Transforming Support for Pupils

ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA is seeking a Complex Case Officer to support children and young people with SEND. You will manage statutory and non-statutory casework, ensuring EHCPs are completed and reviewed in line with the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEN Code of Practice.

Based in the borough for 3 days a week, you will liaise with schools, parents, social workers and health professionals, maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth transitions between education
