Flame Health Audiology is seeking an Area Manager to cover the East Midlands and Anglia with hybrid working and regular travel across partner locations. You will lead a regional network of independent practices, support new site launches, and drive growth.
You will manage a team of audiologists and Hearing Care Assistants, coordinate community events, and build strong commercial relationships while collaborating with Marketing, Recruitment, and Senior Leadership to achieve KPI-driven outcomes.
