Visitor Experience Lead — Historic Mill

National Trust in Huntingdon is seeking a proactive Visitor Experience Officer to ensure a safe, welcoming day for visitors at Houghton Mill. You’ll work with a small team, report to the Visitor Operations Manager, and may lead events, create interpretive displays, and support traffic management and volunteers.

The role requires delivering excellent customer service, coordinating activities, and contributing to a friendly, informative visitor environment.
