Job Description
This position is centered on investment product distribution throughout Latin America and key international markets. The successful candidate will provide legal and regulatory guidance on the cross-border marketing and distribution of investment products across . and Latin American jurisdictions, with a focus on regional offering requirements, securities regulations, and compliance obligations. The role requires deep knowledge of broker-dealer distribution frameworks in both . and international markets, as well as experience advising on private fund regulations across Latin America. Spanish language skills are strongly preferred to support a growing client and partner network across the region. The position involves navigating complex regulatory environments and coordinating compliance strategies across multiple jurisdictions, including Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and other significant Latin American markets.
