ABA Therapy Programme Lead (BCBA/UKBA) – School

First Bridge School in Chelsea, London, is seeking a Therapy Programme Supervisor (BCBA or UKBA(cert)) to lead the design, implementation and review of ABA programmes across our school and outreach services.

The role offers clinical leadership, supervision of Room Leads, ABA Therapists and RBTs, and clear progression within a supportive SEND environment, with collaboration among families, teachers and multidisciplinary colleagues.
